When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 1–2 business days across the U.S. (excluding remote areas). We ship with FedEx for fast and reliable service.

How will I know when my order ships?
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you'll automatically receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. Be sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

What are the shipping costs within the U.S.?

• Orders under $100: $5 flat shipping fee

• Orders over $100: Free shipping

What happens if the courier can’t deliver my package?
If FedEx is unable to deliver your package, a second delivery attempt will be made. If both attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. In that case, our team will reach out to find the best solution.
