Shipping & Returns
Below are some frequently asked questions about shipping, returns and exchanges.
How much does shipping cost?
€4.90 for orders under €100. Free over €100.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship within 1-2 business days. After shipping, the package will arrive in 24/48 hours (excluding islands or remote areas).
How can I track my order?
You will receive the tracking via email and Whastapp as soon as the package leaves. Also check in SPAM or PROMOTIONS.
Can I make a return?
Of course yes, within 14 days of delivery.

I ordered the wrong size/color, can I change my order?
Sure, you can write to us right away on Whastapp using the button at the bottom right.
Can I pay with Klarna or Scalapay?
Sure, we have both! You can choose to pay in 3 or 4 installments
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, we can cancel it. Write to us immediately on WhatsApp.
I didn't receive the tracking, what do I do?
Please wait 1-2 business days after ordering. If you don't receive anything, check your SPAM or contact us.
The tracking says “delivered” but I have not received anything.
Check if someone has picked it up for you (gatekeeper, family, neighbor). If you don't find the package, write to us immediately.

Dove vengono prodotti i vostri capi?
I capi Million sono progettati e prodotti in Italia, seguendo standard qualitativi elevati e una filiera controllata.
Per noi il Made in Italy è un impegno reale, non solo un’etichetta.
How do your clothes fit?
Our fits tend to be regular or oversized. If you have any doubts, write us on WhatsApp and we will advise you on the right size.
I capi restringono al lavaggio?
Seguendo correttamente le istruzioni di lavaggio indicate sull’etichetta, i capi mantengono forma e vestibilità nel tempo. È normale che i capi in cotone naturale possano avere un leggero rientro al primo lavaggio, soprattutto se sottoposti a temperature elevate.
Per questo consigliamo sempre lavaggi a basse temperature e di evitare l’asciugatrice. Questo comportamento è fisiologico del cotone e non influisce sulla qualità o sulla durata del capo.
Will the items be restocked?
Some products are limited edition and will not be coming back. If you see something you like, don't wait too long.
How can I wash your clothes?
Always follow the inside label. In general: cold delicate wash, do not tumble dry, do not bleach.
