Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery by completing the request at our Return Center .

If you have removed the warranty seals or the tag from the garment we cannot process the return request. Returns are accepted only if the item is received by us in its original condition: if your return does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to proceed with the refund and the item will be delivered to you again.

Through our Return Center you can request a size or item change. Remember, during the request, to write the garment you want or the size you need. P er as regards the request for a return with an item change or exchange with another size, it is totally free. It will be managed entirely by us.
