The offer and sale of products on www.million-italy.it are governed by these Conditions of Sale, together with the Return Policy and the Privacy Policy .

These terms and conditions of use of the site ("Terms of Use") govern your use of the site hosted at the internet address https://www.million-italy.it, including all sections and areas of the same dedicated and reserved for registered users, such as, for example, the Return Center section ("Site").   • CONSUMER INFORMATION

Any use not expressly permitted under these Terms of Use is prohibited. Failure by Million to resort to any remedy, whether of a judicial or extrajudicial nature, does not in any case constitute a tacit consent or tolerance in relation to any violation of the Conditions of use of the Site and/or of the rights of intellectual property of which Million has ownership and/or availability.

  • REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SERVICES

When registering or subscribing to the Services, the User is required to provide accurate and truthful information. The User undertakes to promptly inform Million in the event of any changes to the information provided at the time of registration or subscription in order to guarantee that the same User can receive messages sent by Million, avoiding that such messages are erroneously transmitted to third parties.

If the User is registered for a Service that requires prior authentication (for example, an Account or a Wish list), the User undertakes to immediately inform Million if he suspects that there has been unauthorized access to his account or that your password has been breached. The responsibility deriving from the use of the account remains exclusively with the User, provided that such use is attributable to it or derives from the User's failure to adopt adequate password protection measures.

Without prejudice to any other remedy provided for by the applicable legislation and by the Terms of Use, in the event of a violation by the User of the provisions contained in the Terms of Use, Million will have the right to cancel the User's registration or subscription, block the account and/or deny, limit, suspend or revoke the User's access to the Site and the Services.

  • APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with the same.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Million relating to their subject matter.

  • GENERAL CONDITIONS

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") govern all sales of Million products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") concluded remotely on the website www.million-italy.it (hereinafter , the site").

The remote sales service governed by the General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or "Clients"); 'consumers' are natural persons over the age of 18 who act for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, craft or profession.

Customers are required to carefully read the General Conditions, available on the Site, in order to become aware of them, memorize them and reproduce them. The contracts concluded with the Clients will be archived by Million for the period established by current legislation.

  • MILLION PRODUCT ORDERS

Orders can be placed directly by adults or minors with parental supervision.
Orders can be placed on the website www.million-italy.it, or through the Million Customer Service, available every day from 08:00 to 20:00.
The Customer is required to provide Million with a valid e-mail address to which the requested information, the information required by these General Conditions of Sale and any information on the order will be sent. Each remote sales order placed by the Customer covered by these General Conditions of Sale may concern one or more products, up to a maximum of seven products per order, of which a maximum of two units for the same article.
Million reserves the right to modify at any time the limits on the quantity and/or types of products that can be purchased through distance selling.
The Customer is responsible for selecting the articles of interest. The Customer's cart and the order summary sent to the Customer following the completion of the purchase include a description of the products ordered, including measurements and dimensions (where applicable), and a digital photograph which allows for a correct representation of the products available on the site.
Million takes all appropriate measures to ensure that the photographs on the site faithfully represent the original products, including technological means to reduce inaccuracies as much as possible. However, some variations are possible due to the technical characteristics of the customer's computer and color resolution. Consequently, any confirmation of the status of a product is subject to the limitation of possibly inaccurate representation on the customer's computer.
The Customer must click on the shopping cart icon to view the selected items and the total price of the items ordered. The Customer is invited to check the contents of the cart before completing the purchase form according to the instructions provided on the website, and to confirm that he has read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale. If the Customer needs to modify (an item or a quantity) or to correct any errors in the order, must follow the instructions on the Site.

  • PRICES

The price of the Products indicated on the Site is expressed in Euros or Dollars, based on the country in which you are browsing and is inclusive of all applicable taxes or duties. Any delivery costs must be added to the price of the Products, which will be indicated separately on the order form, if applicable.

Million constantly verifies the accuracy of the prices indicated on the Site; however, there is no guarantee that there will be no errors. In the event that an error is found in the indication of the price of a Product, Million will reject the order and offer the Customer the opportunity to purchase the Product at the correct price. If the error is found only following the acceptance of the order, Million will offer the Customer the possibility of canceling the order.

  • PAYMENT

For the payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.

Card payment

For payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), the amount will be charged to the customer's credit card when preparing the order for shipment.
In order to prevent fraud on the internet, payments made via the website www.million-italy.it are managed online by the bank in question using the tools provided by Stripe.

PayPal

Payment for products purchased on the website www.million-italy.it can be made via PayPal. If the Customer chooses PayPal as a payment method, he will be redirected to the Payapl website where it will be possible to pay for the products according to the procedure established and regulated by PayPal and the contractual terms and conditions as agreed between the user and PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal website will be processed directly by PayPal; they will therefore not be sent to Million or shared. Million is therefore not aware of and cannot register in any way the details of the credit card connected to the Customer's PayPal account or to any other payment instrument connected to this account.
In case of payment via PayPal, the total amount due will be charged by PayPal to the Customer at the time of concluding the online contract. In case of termination of the purchase contract and for any other type of refund, for any reason, the refund will be credited to the Customer's PayPal account. The time required to credit the payment instrument linked to this account depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the credit order has been placed in favor of this account, Million cannot be held responsible for any delays or omissions in crediting the Customer with the refund. To dispute these cases, the Customer must contact PayPal directly.

Cash on delivery

For those who do not have credit or prepaid cards, the Million site offers customers the Cash on Delivery method (valid only for Italy), or the possibility of paying directly in cash on delivery. This payment method has a cost of €3, which is visible when ordering. It should be noted that the courier is required to leave the package only after he has collected the full amount of the cash on delivery and cannot have the garments tried on or opened. shipping.

Payment in 3 installments with Scalapay

Million offers the possibility to pay any order in 3 installments thanks to a contract signed with the Scalapay company. The first installment is paid immediately, at the time of the order, the second installment after 30 days and the third and last installment after 60 days from the time of the order. If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.

  • TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that:

  1. the ordered items will be delivered to the residential or commercial address provided by the same at the time of the order; the Customer cannot proceed with the redirection of the parcels and prevent the courier drivers from redirecting the deliveries if the recipients are not at home;
  2. if the delivery address is located in a building with a reception/concierge service, delivery will be deemed to have taken place when this reception/concierge has received the parcel from the courier. Therefore, ownership of the goods will pass to the Client upon delivery to the reception/concierge.
  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer (or his delegate for receipt of the Products) physically enters possession of the Products themselves or, in the case of split delivery, from the day on which the Customer physically takes possession of the last Product.

Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the information contained therein form an integral and substantial part of these Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are deemed to be fully known and accepted by you at the time the order form is sent.

  • IF I REFUSE THE SHIPPING?

If you refuse the order at the time of delivery and want to be refunded, it is good to know that the cost of the two shipments, the return one, will be deducted from the amount.

  • AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

Million guarantees the authenticity of all the Products purchased on the Site. The "Million" branded Products are made with Italian materials, are packaged by Italian craftsmen and are all rigorously and entirely MADE IN ITALY, with the sole exception of some leather goods , such as Backpacks and Clutches which are made in EU, especially are important from France.

  • APPLICABLE LAW AND ANY AMENDMENTS

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
 The Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes.
